Question from 100%: Previous recorded riders🐉
So I just finished this today (on audiobook so I cannot easily go back to look at this)! Did anyone else notice it seemed like a lot of the dragons had zero recorded riders (prior to the threshing days we read about)? Did anyone else notice? Does anyone have any theories as to why? Just curious💭

I think it’s heavily implied that most of them are lying about who they actually are — based on Imogen’s chapter, especially. I’m guessing it’s because they were the dragons of rebels during the Tyrrish Rebellion and don’t want the Navarrian leaders to know that they were choosing the rebellion kids specifically as their next riders.
