I've always wanted to read Discworld but I was not prepared for how funny it is😭 I laughed out loud at the "big bang" theory ☠️

An intricately built universe, filled with complex cultures and characters. Leckie deftly explores identity, purpose, and the mysteries of human connection through the many lives lived by an ancient warship. The epic beginning in this novel is one that leaves you full of questions, and hungry for more.

I love a book that makes me shriek because it scares me so badly! This is an excellent read, and although our protagonist's backstory sometimes drags a bit, it stays engaging. This was a sit down, read cover to cover type story, the kind where you have to cover the next paragraph so you don't accidentally skip ahead. Totally worth the read!!
