The Spellshop is a cozy fantasy with a likeable strong librarian as an mc. Though the romance is not that deep, I loved the vibes of the small town with a little bit of magic and Caz is such a cute sidekick. Though the storyline was straightforward, I find it slow at first and the climax was not really compelling. But still a fun and cozy read.

Another amazing stephen king book. It was a crazy ride. Murder investagation and slowly turns to paranormal. His mind works like no other and you never know what you will encounter or how his writing will impact you. A well written book. I was just not fan of the ending but still a fun read.

This was wild. It hooked from the very start. Definitely creepy at first until you discovered more about the mc. It was well written, very compelling and makes you wanna read more. Kuddos to the author. The main problem was many things weren't explained and I was left more puzzled than before. I was shocked when I reached the end, I couldn't believe how Marcus Kliewer would leave me hanging.

The Hunting Party is a locked room mystery with honestly unlikeable characters. I am a little conflicted with this book. The storyline itself was great and I really enjoyed it! It was a nice whodunnit mystery. The characters were a clusterfuck. It was full of twists and turns but mostly predictable. My issue with it was the jumping back and forth between the past and present. Overall, a 3 star.

The BFG is a fun and magical read. The story is captivating. I just had troubled with the vocabulary but it was fun figuring it all out. The characters are both diverse and improved greatly as the story ends. Indeed a good middle grade book.

The story is so dragging. I would recommend checking this out if you have read the first two, but aster herself seems to be unsure of her wants. This book somehow ends with the potential of numerous sequels to follow. There was a decent concept, but average execution.

One of my favorite parts of this book is the world! I would LOVE to attend Caraval. It's so magical and dark and mysterious. I also love that this book combines romance, fantasy, and mystery. I loved following all the clues along with Scarlett to try and find her sister. At no point did I know how this book was going to end. I need to read book two ASAP!
