Interesting but not captivatingly so. Having so many characters with T names put me off, I can’t be the only one who despises it when more than two characters share a starting letter especially when the names themselves aren’t hugely different. Like seriously, Tuck AND Theo? Both four letter names my brain is clearly too slow for any distinctions between them.
I really enjoyed the one night element and thought it had a surprising amount of world building for such a small page count which is rather impressive to me when other books with 5x the word count can’t manage that. Although the characters did become a bit stale by the end, all except Edie felt a little flat to me, but that’s probably a very subjective feeling.
