Post from the Harriet Tubman: Live in Concert forum
I feel like when I say I get intimidated by certain books it sounds silly. I’ve been reading books for as long as I can remember 😅.
This is one of those books. And I’m glad I finally read it. It was approachable, and didn’t talk down to you. I thought the idea of various famous figures coming to the present and seeing how far society has come (or fallen short in some aspects) is always a fun thought exercise.
Overall I enjoyed this book. Glad I finally read it!
