    recs?

For those of you who loved this book as much as I did: what other m/m romance would you recommend?

    Things I liked about SASM:

    • the voice of the main character, who has kind of a lovable-douchey-fop-Bertie Wooster thing going on; like he's not a pure cinnamon roll, he can be a dick, but he's a charming dick
    • the writing style
    • opposites attracting
    • the Id-dy/trope-y nature of the curse
    • that there's sort of almost a power exchange thing going on that keeps them equal (Grimm has the iron will to keep from abusing the power he has over Leo, Leo has the brattiness/force of personality to rebel against even the idea of Grimm having power over him)
    • it is relatively light but there are still stakes
    • that it's sff

    Things I am not into:

    • first person POV unless it really wowed you (I realize SASM is in first person)
    • pregnancy and kids
    • omegaverse unless the omega is a villain/major douche
    • D/s unless the sub is a villain/major douche
    • sports
    • shifters unless it really wowed you

    Stuff I have liked:

    • Think Of England by KJ Charles
    • A Thief In The Night, also by KJ Charles

Stuff I'm on the fence about:

    • A Rake Of His Own by AJ Lancaster

    Thanks in advance!

    Thoughts from 32% (page 118)

Loving the characters so far. The emotional damage potential is immaculate. Shipping hard. Leo’s clearly on a self-destruct speedrun -> relatable content. Honestly, surprised this hasn’t blown up on BookTok yet.

  • need book recs asap

i’m kinda stuck on what to read next. i want something that’ll actually pull me in and make me forget about everything else for a bit. preferably something that’s not too heavy on plot or worldbuilding — just easy to get into and vibe with. no specific genre, i’m open to anything as long as it’s good. what’s a book you read recently that you couldn’t put down? drop recs 👇

  • Are there any Comic Book Readers here?😅

Hi, I just joined the club.😅 I am a comic book lover and i read everything, from comics, graphic novels, manga and classic literature in graphic novels form. So,my question is are there any Comic Book Readers here, I would love to have a discussion about the comics and the culture around it!😁
