Did not finish because the author is disgustingly talking about girls as things to be judged as « sexy » and won’t stop it even if they are 10. I was not prepared to see so much misogynistic and pedocriminality content in a graphic novel about Palestine but hey, what can we do about men heh?

The writing style is so unique. This felt like a series of paintings because the prose is so visual. The way she made concepts like silence and warmth corporeal put the girl's alienation on such display. Will be reading the rest of her works
