god im happy im able to finished this book so that i can properly hate on it. my annoyance and anger now feels a lot more justified lol. yknow what, sometimes too much twists arent good either. especially when its written in a messy way like this. i think it has so much potential to be a great read but the execution till the end is just mehh. i got excited at one point for nothing… 😕

i like alice feeney but this book reminded me so much of daisy darker which i dont particularly liked either. made me want to reread rock paper scissors (one of my favourite!) just to see if it was actually a good read or i was just high on something back then hmm

”Run rabbit, run rabbit, run, run, run.”

Ah! Do you know how creepy it is reading this part while listening to Run Rabbit by Mollie Elizabeth is?? 🤣 what a coincidence! just discovered this song this week and it has an eerie circus vibes, which i really like. i always thought it matches the mood of the book and has been listening to it since. but didnt expect this at all lol. the exact same line as the song chorus.
