This was a very strange book that will stay with me on a deep level for a long time - and for that reason, I really liked it. Resonant, mysterious, haunting.

The writing is neuro-spicy and weighty - really liked the freshness of that. And all the beautiful emotive tethering to weather. Story itself was a'ight... cool idea. Everyone seemed pretty self-focused, confused, stressed out (with reason) but nice gang of characters trying to relate. I enjoyed it.

Written by a friend and I loved it for that + fun format, good wisdom, ghosts.

Interesting enough - loved the theme of hiding parts of oneself, explored in various ways. Wasn't super motivated to get through it tho - a bit of a slog but well done. One of those "glad to have read it but not rushing to recommend it" books.
