Oh grief, such an inevitable part of life, torturous and sometimes wonderful. This is the book that 15 year old me needed when I lost my dad. I cant put into words how much even now at nearly 24, how much my soul needed these words and this book, this detail and description, the outlook on grief from this characters eyes. The way grief impacts each individual differently & how the world keeps moving without the deceased. I wish i could give this more than 5 stars. I think this might be my book of the year (2024).
