Such a nice, lighthearted read that left me all warm and fuzzy inside! Annie and Will are two loveable beings that are imperfectly perfect together 💛 The sweet yet adventurous girl with the tough, sexy yet caring and kindhearted boy who found love in each other. They gave me all the butterflies and kicking my feet up in the air while reading a romance book 🥰

I completely devoured this. It’s been awhile since I last read such an amazing romance, and Yours Truly exceptionally delivered 💖

Words can’t even begin to express how much I love Jacob. As someone who has experienced social anxiety one too may times, I can absolutely relate to everything that’s been written in this book about him. And it goes without saying, it helps us tremendously to have a Briana in our lives. Our extroverts are the ones who choose us 😂 This man is truly a gem. He’s so kind and patient, and unwavering in his feelings for her, loving her in his own quiet gentle ways. I loooove him 🥹

That being said, I can also connect on a deeper, personal level with Briana’s backstory and the whole time reading I just went uhhhh yeaahhhh i totally agree 😭😭 but really, the way the two of them just complement each other is so good and their compatibility level is off the charts 🙌🏼 i’m so glad they’ve found each other.

Maaaybe my only complaint is that I didn’t get enough of their romance. Waited so long and I just wanted more 😩

This was reaaally good!! I totally get the hype now because I absolutely devoured this book. For me, it had just the right amount of romance, suspense & mystery going on - mixed with hilarious banter and fun supporting characters that you cannot help but to root for.

Alex is so swoonworthy, with how he takes care of Ophelia (and all his sisters + his mom!!) I love the dynamic he shares with his siblings and how he’s such a doting brother. His need to care for others is also well reflected in how he looks after Ophelia, completely attuned to her emotions and needs. I love how he was persistent enough in pursuing her (only cos he knows she shares the same feelings!!) and giving her his all every opportunity he gets.

And Ophelia, I really admire her strength and bravery. I’m not sure if I’d have the same courage if I was in her shoes, but despite her tough exterior, she’s just a total softie at heart who doesn’t want to be alone anymore. I’m glad she now has Alex in her life to just love and spoil her endlessly.

I didn’t think it was possible for me to love this more than Heathen & Honeysuckle, but I do! Weston and Willow’s story is so heartachingly beautiful. We get to see how they heal each other with in-depth understanding, infinite patience and immeasurable amount of love between two people carrying the burdens of trauma from their past.

I love, love, loooveee Weston so much. He’s the true definition of green forest 💚 The amount of delicate care, concern and love he has for Willow makes him a rare gem (truly written by a woman! wdym he’s willing to read all her favourite books just to know her better??? and also him asking her parents abt her favourite flowers and food???? 😭😭😭) really swoon-worthy.

Willow is such a strong character. Having the unyielding, constant support from her family really helped with her character growth and how she chose to brave through her own storms. That last bit of how she confronted her past made me just as proud of her 💛

Tattered Tides is such a lovely, healing book. It’s so nice to see the whole family again (plus with all the new generation!!) Leo and Darby are such great parents and it’s a kick to see him being a really protective father. I also love the bond Leo and Weston had formed over surfing 🏄‍♂️

Safe to say, Sarah A. Bailey is now one of my favourite authors. I cannot wait to read more of her books 💕

This was one of the books I was really looking forward to because I love fake dating tropes. But I’d say this was more than just a romance tale - it also told of personal growth, which is very important in any story.

Two worlds apart, Isa and Austin made it work. But not without difficult conversations and lots of understandings. I admire Isa for staying steadfast in chasing her dreams, albeit she can be a little strong-headed and wrapped up in proving herself, but here’s where Austin plays his role as the person who sees right through her best and calls her out on it. She needed that and I’m glad he’s made her realise there is more to life than just climbing the ladders and acknowledging what she truly wants. I like how he loves her just the way she is and doesn’t expect her to change her ways or compromise on her dreams. Truly a green flag.

I love Austin but I gotta say, Isa frustrated me quite a bit at some points and I felt like the story was a little bland - but that’s just me. Please feel free to give this story a chance because it might be your next favourite read even if it wasn’t mine.
