    Wow.

I felt so many different emotions while reading this book, I was caught off guard many times with how strongly I related to McCurdy when she was sharing experiences from her childhood, reactions and words from her mother, etc. I often had to set the book down for a moment or two just so I could sit with the words she shared and the experience I felt as a child. I didn't realize it would impact me the way it did but while reading her book, I felt seen as well.
