I have heard such mixed reviews about this series! Chime in what you think! I got the first book at a used book store so I’m gonna give it a shot

I swear to god, if Aurin thinks Slade is his father, I'm gonna lose it. These two deserve one freaking thing to go right!

For me, it's the Shadow and Bone trilogy. I tried to read the first book, and i had to put it down after chapter 2.
