My heart is ao happy and complete right now! This book was absolutely everything I wanted and more! It wrapped up the series so beautifully and the dual timeline in it, just made it that much better.

Cause if you know me, my favorite way to have a second chance is with a dual timeline!

Clara and August finally jumped and took the chance to bring the Cadillac back to Karson. Showing up at his door unannounced felt like the best way to it. Finding out he had a girl friend was not in her plan.

Let me tell you, this had all the set ups to be a cheating trope! My heart was in my stomach waiting for the shoe to drop and to be mad at Karson! But after lots of prayers to the bookish gods! Devney did my heart happy... AND NO CHEATING TROPE!!! It was done so so well!!!

And the Epilogue! Absolutely closed out the series in the best most beautiful way!

There is one trope combo I will almost always go back to! Single Dad, Nanny, and Grumpy Sunshine! It always hits! Have I read some bad ones? Yes? Will I always go back? Yes! Was this one a home run? ABSOLUTELY!!!!

Mia and Aiden were impossible to put down! The motives! Them trying to resist! The dynamics at the club! How everyone moved and why they made the moves they did! God! They were undeniable!! At moments a little unhinged! But I think thats what I love about this series! Its just wild!

GIVE ME BANTER!!! GIVE IT ALL TO ME!! Inappropriate jokes? yes! Innuendoes? yes! I will take them all! In any size shape or form? Oh its coming from a cowboy?! I will take it through a straw if that means I get it faster!! I want to take this book in all size shapes and form!!

This was such an amazing start to this series! The world building! The ground work! All amazing! the easter eggs for Book 2?! Phenomenal! The Cameos from the Lucky River Series? Perfectly done! not too much!! Chefs Kiss Jessica! AMAZING!!

If you have not read the Runaway series then what are you doing?! This series has completely enraptured me and Forsaken Trail just adds to the list!

I love an enemies to lovers sooooo much! The most superior trope!! But lets make the MMC a Billionaire who shows love through gifts, and a fiercely independent FMC determined to look out for herself... Oh and force them together in one home... and add a pregnancy?! Now I am feral!!!

I think I have enjoyed these books so much because they are pretty cut to the chase and such fast reads, but they also pack such a fun punch!

There is something about this Hayden Family that is sucking me in and not letting me go! I am so quickly becoming obsessed with all of these siblings!

I do not know what it was about this book but I just found it a little refreshing, and a lot of fun. I felt so sucked into the orbit of Tinley and Warner, and some of the mysteries that surrounded them (especially her). I did not want to put it down! They had this chemistry and such a fun relationship. And seeing Warner have some jealous moments!!

While the Patriot laid the ground work, this one built up so much more about the family and gave a bigger look into what is potentially in store with the other two Hayden Siblings!
