i love to read a good romance book, but some of them just feel so cringy to me.. my favourite romance author nowadays is emily henry (!) and i'd like some book recs that give off the same feeling as her books.

the romance in the book is a second thought really. what actually is endearing and makes the story stand out is her relationship with her aunt and with herself.
