Hello, everyone! Hope you're okay and taking care of yourselves
For the past few months, I've had to go through books and texts that are really hard to comprehend for my university assignments and, sadly, reading them is not exactly easy for me. Lately, I've been feeling quite unmotivated, tired even, making it really hard to finish my readings. Now, most of my tbr readings are quite heavy and demanding, and I've reached a point where my focus is elsewhere.
With all this, I just wanted to know if anyone knows some strategies or tips that might help me overcome this type of burnout.
Have a great day! đŤđ

So...what is going on here? I'm genuinely confused. I'm not sure if there's just too many people to keep track of and all of their names are similar or if it's that I'm listening to the audiobook, but I've never felt so lost.

I was thinking the other day, and while I understand the word is fitting, but the word "bookish" alone to me just hits my ears wrong. Same with the titles BookTube and Bookstagram...BookTok not so much because at least Tik ends with a K. I know it's dumb, but I need to speak my truth.
What is something, anything book-related (see what I didn't say there?) that is completely normal but for no reason gets you? No judgements today, there are no wrong answers.

I feel like a lot of what I do can be easily associated with reading, hobbies like crochet and listening to music, pair well with reading, either an audiobook and something to do with my hands, or a physical book and background noise, and writers are almost always readers, so I fit pretty well into those boxes, but what about my hobbies that stray from book adjacent and book compatible? I like to paint from time to time, and that's a nightmare to do while I read. I also like to talk to people, and I think it'd be quite rude of me to open up my newest library hold while asking about someone's day. (I consider talking to people a hobby. Yeah.)
So, my question for you all: What's the least bookish thing you like to do? Are their any hobbies that pair horribly with reading? I'd hate to be a horror book fan, and someone who explored abandoned buildings, for example.

Happy Friday, everyone ! I have a post that could be intriguing/interesting .
What's a book or author that has always been reccomended to you but you won't read ?
Or
if that will start fights here's one or two that you could answer if you wanted:
What's your perfect drink and reading spot to read/listen your absolute favorite book ?
OR
What's a genre you absolutely love or hate?
I have a few answers for all but I want to hear everyone's opinions
