I throughly enjoyed this story. It does lack world building as some mentioned but I really enjoyed creating my own (I do read a lot of Sci-Fi) from the characters descriptions and feelings. Emotions are a huge guide for this book and are really the frame for which it is written. I did put it down at first but I am so happy I picked it up again. I can confidently say it is one of my favorites. Very romantic in a unique way.

I feel like even adding emojis is a spoiler. This book made me feel so many different emotions throughout and I have re-read it. I'm also on my Harrow the Ninth re-read at this moment😬. I've seen DNFs from people saying it wasn't romantic and that is a hard disagree on my end, it is one of the most romantic books I have had the pleasure of reading.

When you need to fill the whole that was left in you by This is How You Lose the Time War, feel free to turn to this. If you wanted something a bit more from Atlas Six, feel free to turn to this one. If you like Vi and Cait from Arcane... You know the drill. Also, AUDIOBOOK IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THIS ONE, Moira Quirk's voice and accent has my heart

One of my favorite reads thus far. I love the pacing and the unique setting. The characters are lovable and Pleiti is so relatable through out. I'm definitely excited to read the next (and unfortunately last book 🥲). Fun series throughout and very enjoyable definitely recommend and it is a quick read.
