Is it bad that I wanted more death in the end?

ALL the major characters survived the final battle

After Nehemia I thought everyone was fair game

It would have been heartbreaking as EVERYONE had coupled up, but only Gavriel from the inner circle? And he was old(ISH)

I was devastated losing the 13, but they didn't feel as important as the rest of the characters

The triteness of the end has kinda ruined the series for me Anyone feel the same or am I a sadist?
