A delightfully wonderful read. I don't want to give too much away but the way necromancy is used here is somehow both endearing and frightening and I need more Gam Gam.

"Take it from someone who learned the hard way: shitty people will twist you into something defined by them if you give them half a chance."
That's a quote from the book that stuck with me, because hooboy do I feel that in my bones. Vengeance Is Our Legacy is quite the read. At certain points I had no idea what was going to happen in the best way possible. I was sold on this book from the premise alone, and it delivered on everything I hoped for and more.
My interest and need to read more was piqued from the first page and it never let up until even the end. I finished it last night. I want more. The world came to life for me, with just enough information to let me feel the world without bogging me down with too much.
Everyone who loves fantasy needs to read this.

This is a very, very fast paced book that's takes you on an adventure and doesn't let up. Absolutely hooked from the first page and could hardly put the book down. There were a few oopses in the book, but nowhere near enough to take me out of reading.

About halfway done with the book. This is some serious fast-paced writing, and the lore-drops are seamless with the story being told. I love that, learning as I go without getting pages of exposition. Eager to see how all of this plays out.

I received an ARC in exchange for an open and honest review.
Solid story that both kept me going page after page and drew me deeper into it every chance I was able to sit down and read. There were a few instances where the fight / action scenes seemed a little too play-by-play, but over all I really enjoyed this novel.
