Zohro has taken Silar's place as my favorite alien husband. I still love Silar a lot, but the way Zohro acted in this book has me in a chokehold. In the words of Darcy, he has MAJESTIC DADDY VIBES! Also, Jolene is an amazing person and mother. She literally goes to another planet to make sure her daughter is taken care of, like the greatest mother!

Then the mutual pinning and mutual care had me stuck to my Kindle. Also, I know a lot of people hate the pregnancy trope or anything to do with it in romance books, but I love it. Especially when either the FMC or MMC steps up to be a parent to a kid that's not there's drives me crazy. Zohro stepped up and more and I loved it!

I'm so upset it took me so long to actually pick this up! This was an amazing mix of humor, spice, adventure, and tender moments and I enjoyed every second of it. Not once did I grow bored! Cinnamon and Fallon had me locked in, their first meeting was definitely one to remember. Cin had amazing character development to me going from a reluctant, VERY reluctant tag-along to a slightly less reluctant badass. Typing that made me laugh, Cin’s a funny chick! Fallon is your typical jackass demon/… no ill let y'all figure that out. Very full of himself, won't hesitate to end you, but he also has his good moments. He's also funny as hell, I caught what he was doing in the swamp but dang let the poor women sleep (you'll understand once you read it).

Anyway great story, amazing characters, and an epic adventure! So excited to read the next book.
