cute and fun book (albeit a little insta-lovey), but MMC violence will always bring the book down a star for me. i prefer the “let me help build you back up and achieve a new dream” kind of love and support rather than the “i will punch any man that looks, talks, or breathes near you” kind. hopefully Wes and Gus’s stories will have a little more depth and a lot less punching.
