Am I insane? Are you? What even is reality?
This book was honestly so fun. It hooked me right away and didn't let go.
I love how interactive it is with all the clues and morse code and docs and threads throughout. It was fun figuring out how everything tied in.
And HONESTLY, I'm not easily spooked but this gave me the creeps at times. It's not outwardly scary but some of the subtle hints at things and the little things that happened were actually pretty creepy. The DOCS for me were the creepiest because it just added this sense of realism to the weirdness.
I personally love the ambiguity of the whole book. If you want a book to give you straight answers I don't think this is the book for you. But if you're a fan of delving into theories post book then definitely give this a try!
I originally was going to give this a 4 but after looking through forums and reddit I saw others point out some of the symbolism and clues I missed (that also filled in some of the gaps) and it definitely showed how much more well crafted the book was. So I bumped it up!
I don't normally re-read books but I might have to revisit this book some day to see what else I missed!
