Not that this list needs to be extensive or anything but I think a few books that are more recent could be added that are considered cozy fantasy. Namely the Emily Wilde series by Heather Fawcett or at least the first book. Feel free to use this post to suggest others.

THIS BOOK ANSWERED SO MANY QUESTIONS! And in such a cool way that made perfect sense with all the previous foreshadowing - without spoiling, this is the book where the characters find out what the world needs saving from, and personally, I loved the direction it went in for that. Also, more adorableness from the very obvious endgame couple of Vex and Derivan - I've loved reading how their romantic relationship evolves over the series, as well as the deepening friendships between the four leads and other characters around them.

This was, primarily, Vex's book - and I really loved the exploration of both the magic system and Vex trying to break a cycle of generational trauma while also trying to save the world - and all while trying to figure out what's wrong with the world in the first place! An excellent follow up to the first book, building up the mystery, the relationships between the characters, and the world they're trying to save.

I loved this series - and this entrance to the world and characters was absolutely delightful. I really enjoy the way the series unfolds over the course of the books, but I immediately connected with and loved the four main characters right from the start. I especially loved all the little hints as to what was really going on introduced in this book, and trying to figure out the mystery. Edge Cases is a series full of heart, and I highly recommend it!
