the hardest part about reading a book in an ongoing series right when it releases is having to wait for the next book. i thoroughly enjoyed being back with ana & din, & im very sad to have to leave them. the world this author has created is just so fascinating, & the characters are so fun! i love the mystery & how it unravels, & i love the developments in & reveals of both din’s & ana’s characters. this book is probably my fav so far in the series. only partially because it has fungi. the imagery was so perfect….. i will hold this book in my arms as i sleep & hope i dream of fungi. ❤️
