Hello everyone I come to you all today with a very important question. How many books is too many to borrow from the library? Does your library have a limit to the amount of books you can check out? Do you borrow from multiple libraries?
For me personally, when I'm on a reading roll I usually borrow 4-6 books if I pass through the doors of the library. Even if I still have books at home. I am greedy. The "new releases" shelf is at the entrance. It calls to me. I read fast though so if I finish a book I return it ASAP, and usually try to return at least 2 at a time. HOWEVER I also have Libby on the go, for two libraries! And when those Libby holds come in.... oh boy. I think the most I've ever had at one time in recent years is maybe... 10 books, both physical and ebooks, just from the library. I cannot even begin to talk about the books I own. Anyways this came to mind because one of my Libby holds expired but I didn't finish reading it, but my library got a physical copy recently! But I am making myself finish at least one other library book before I go pick it up. Currently, I have 2 ebooks, and 6 physical books. I have overwhelmed myself LOL
Editing to add that I wrote this instead of finishing my book so I gotta get to that now haha......
