A Place Called Perfect

The story was good but I was very disappointed by the ending, because it really didn’t make any sense to me.
I also didn’t quite understood some characters, like Daniel and Mr. Murphy, and I think their journeys deserved more space. One moment they were black and the next they were white, people don’t just drastically change in a day.
And Toni? At the beginning she seemed mean like Tristan and she immediately hated Carley for no reason. (“Because you wear the right clothes” it’s not a valid reason honestly, it doesn't mean anything)
Also, I have no idea about Carley's looks or how old she is, there’s not really any description of her, we're only told that she’s starting high school at a certain point. I was really lost at the beginning because of this.
I don’t know, it’s like this book left me with a big “What?"
