I have a cookbook collection problem, and so I've started reading my cookbooks from cover to cover, cooking 10 recipes out of each one.
SFAH was the perfect cookbook to start with because Nosrat articulated fundamentals in a relatable and exciting way. It's impossible not to be inspired by this cookbook.
