i’ve posted one too many things asking for book recs recently 😭 this will be the last one for a while; im sorry. anyways, i’m currently in a reading slump, however, have recently gotten into thai gls & am inhaling series after series. are there any books that give the same vibe as any thai gls? something extra gay & heart flutter-y? medium to fast paced and addicting to read? very much a sucker for some romance 🤭

hi :) first off, tysmmmm omg. i got so many good recs before, that i wanted to ask for a few good ones for a buddy read for a group of friends that have a st*g**reading profile that looks like this:

“Mainly reads fiction books that are dark, tense, and mysterious. Typically chooses fast-paced books that are ‹300 pages long.”

while my friends have the exact same reading style apparently ⬆️. Mine looks like this instead:

“Mainly reads fiction books that are dark, tense, and emotional. Typically chooses medium-paced books that are 300-499 pages long.”

it’d be cool if anyone has some recs that match a mix of these descriptions? We’re currently trying to escape a slump. some books that we’ve enjoyed together are battle royale by koushun takami, dark matter by blake crouch, fifty-fifty by steve cavanagh, bridgerton series by julia quinn, and klara & the sun by kazuo ishiguro. we’ll give any genre a try though!

hii :) currently trying to get out of a like two month long reading slump & it has not been going well unfortunately 😞 what are some 'action' heavy books that you've enjoyed? doesnt have to be super action-y in the sense of fighting or battles (tho im open to those too) but i need something where there's something interesting happening almost every other moment? if that makes sense?😭 something that doesn't give my brain too much time to rest or get bored. my close friends(usual reading buddies) are in slumps as well so it'd be nice if there's something we could read together? some of my fav 'action' packed books are:

had the most random thought ever omg 😭 as a big kdrama & book fan, I was wondering: is anyone else a kdrama watcher? if so, what books remind you of or would you compare to some kdramas? like, they give off the same vibe or if you enjoyed one, maybe you’d enjoy the other? just randomly curious.

hiii :) looking for things to listen to & keep me interested while doing work around the house as someone who usually doesn’t listen to audiobooks at all. any suggestions? typically i dont like being read to in anyway, shape or form so I’d like something that almost makes me forget thats happening 😭 i love a good mystery, thriller, whodunnit, or romance book but have also read a few historical fiction & biography. im really open to trying anything as long as it keeps me entertained :) tysm in advance
