  • books that redefined your reading!

So before i read the travelling cat chronicles by hiro arikawa, which is a general fiction book, i totally kept myself to fantasy books only, i never ventured out of that genre prior to this book and it actually ended up becoming my all time favourite book. Something like 2 years have passed now since i first read it and i've now got it in multiple languages and recommend it to everyone i can 😙

Does anyone else have a book like this that changed your reading for you? Or a book way out your comfort zone that you loved?

  • Book playlists 📚🎧

I'm big on making playlists for books, and pairing songs with certain characters or scenes, it is a Big hobby of mine 🙂‍↕️ sometimes I'm reading a book and i think OH this would go so well with ________ and i end up making a whole playlist 🤣

If you could use one song to encompass your current read or recent favourite read, what song(s) would you use?

For me, my recent fave read was The Healing Hippo of Hinode Park and i would use 'Dear My All' by Mingginyu and 'So Life Goes On' by Heo Hoy Kyung !

    Fantasy Book Recs?

Currently reading The Vegetarian, just read Wuthering Heights, and although I do have a set book plan for the rest of the year... I feel like I have missed out on fantasy.

It used to be one of my favorite and most-read genres growing up. What are some good fantasy novels that are fun, well-written, and not as depressing as my recent reads? I'd prefer standalones, but I want any recs at all really!
