Letters to a Young Poet
Rainer Maria Rilke
whiskerism finished reading and wrote a review...
🙏🏼) Sicherlich kein Buch für jeden, aber if you get it you get it.
Keskinkılıç hat das Hörbuch selbst gelesen und die verschiedenen Sprachen im Buch direkt von ihm zu hören, macht das Erlebnis nochmal besser.

Hey guys I am totally new here and I feel a little lost. I’m German and I think my English is not good enough to write here (but I try to face my inner demons). This app feels so cozy and frightening at the same time lol I made a list and thought that people would enjoy but it just got downvotes and that crushed me a little bit.
But then there was a cute little person who explained to me why this could happen and now I don’t want that feeling of a bad start stop me from using this app.
Also I still don’t get how this app really works and I want to change that. I read the FAQ but still feel a little bit lost. Are there any tips you can give me to get a little orientation? How can I get in touch with people? What are mistakes I should avoid?
(I feel absolutely cringe to post this and I am so afraid that you think I’m stupid, but let’s face my social anxiety instead of feeding it 🩷)

I love seeing all the bookish goals folks have been sharing. It got me thinking, what are some new reading habits or practices you'd like to try this year? Some examples of mine... • Be more active in the Pagebound community. • Read Outside of my Home. i.e Cafes, Long Drives, audiobook while Browsing/Shopping. • Get back into annotating.

readers! How do you use lists and shelves??
I currently have a shelf for my physical tbr and my book wish list, but I'm not sure if a list would be better.
sooo I'm curious, how do you folks use lists vs shelves? 📚

Surely this will be a comforting and relaxed book to start off the year and nothing will go wrong ever. 😁🫶🏼
Having finished half of Realm of the Elderlings now I'm terrified how many more ways Robin Hobb will find to hurt me and the characters. Simultaneously I don't want this adventure to end. A wild ride it's been and I hope it will continue as I finish it in 2026.
