this was an amazing story about grief, rage and vigilante justice. it was equally thought provoking and heart wrenching, it has the suspense of a thriller while throwing moral questions at you. the grief displayed by Camille felt so raw and consuming, i think this novels greatest strength lies in its refusal to offer simple answers to moral dilemmas.

this was pretty good, the characters were super interesting, the plot was cool with this futuristic vibe, but it was just confusing. I don’t mind multiple POV books but this was like too many characters to keep track of or even feel connected to. it’s good, just not perfect

this book is like being hit by a car, healing from your injuries and then being hit by a semi truck. it’s painful, it’s a book about human suffering and i don’t think the characters can leave you after reading it. it’s a lesson about how no matter how much care and devotion is catered to you, sometimes it’s not enough to heal past wounds. beautifully written, painful experience.
