Based on my original post on having quests for French Literature, I made starter packs (check my profile 👀) but I'm thinking we just need a big dump! Thanks to everyone participating!
This list covers books across time by French authors (as in people that have the nationality no matter their origins) and can hopefully incentivize crossovers with the Francophonie mon amour list!

books to discover the french and swiss countrysides.
some are classical children books you may already know. the others books were written by authors who grew up in the countryside and share their views.
some of the books were not written originally in french and some do not have english translation. i would recommend reading them in their original language if possible.
