Nature is Fluid & Interconnected: A perspective blending Queer Theory (challenging norms around gender/sexuality) with Ecology (the study of relationships in nature). Queer ecology questions assumptions that human norms (like heterosexuality or fixed binaries) are the only "natural" way. It invites us to see nature, ourselves, and our relationships with more nuance and complexity.

Books dedicated to exploring how nature is all around us no matter how we try to fight it! Whether right outside our door, within our microbiomes, or deeper into our cities, nature will find us. After all, we are a part of it, not distinct from it.

I'm specifically going to be adding books from Quests and readalongs that I think matches at least one of these cover prompts: craft, food, motion, biomes/landscapes, animals, weather.

One of my favourite niche genres is when memoirs are mixed with science, (or the other way around!— books about science that incorporate parts of the author’s life. The science also tends to be more accessible than in typical academic writing. So let’s read some books about people and their favourite science! P.S. please feel free to suggest more titles to add!
