Basically, a huge list of every book I ever heard features sapphic characters.

I have not read all of these, so I cannot be sure of the amount of the time on page of the sapphic characters or of the quality of the books.

Some of these I do not plan to read at all, since they are not my style. If you feel like a book doesn't belong here, let me know.

Fiction with main characters who have OCD

Why deal with heterosexuality when you don't have to?

Sci fi, fantasy, and science fantasy books featuring protagonists who are dealing with mental health issues, and/or are neurodiverse in some way - maybe on the autism spectrum, or having ADHD, schizophrenia, OCD, synesthesia, bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, etc. Suggestions very welcome!

Where you mix fantasy with a little bit of whodunit mystery and you get to enjoy both. Found and enjoyed a lot of Fantasy Mystery books in 2025. Please recommend me some more so I can read and add them to the list!
