Recommendations are appreciated! My preference is that somewhere in the book or blurb it's specifically stated the MC has OCD but if you have OCD and have felt seen by a book I'll take those suggestions too â˜ș

The Charm Offensive! I can't remember if in the blurb it says that mmc has OCD, but it was a cute book and I felt seen lol

Thank you for this list! There is one particular story in Eric LaRocca's The Trees Grew Because I Bled There that made me feel so seen. And the author has said that they have OCD

Obsessive, Intrusive, Magical Thinking by Marianne Eloise Sure I'll Join Your Cult by Maria Bamford I'm Glad My Mom Died by Jeannette McCurdy

I think Eloise's book is all about OCD. The other two heavily discuss OCD, but aren't the main premise. All are memoirs.

Ah sorry this is a list about fiction but if I make a nonfiction one I will be sure to add these!
