First and foremost, this book was wayyyyy out of my comfort zone. I rarely read fantasy but this was a good one. Nona is the strong character in this book and my favorite, but I'm still confused over what her real role is? I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to read a book with a kick-ass main character who is struggling to determine what her place is in the world. It doesn't help when there are those in that world who while they may not be lying to her aren't telling the whole truth.
