Disclaimer: I don't wish to bring hate to any authors, I deeply believe in democracy. However I think it's important for people who hold themselves accountable for their reading choices to have access to the information about authors/books they give their time and money to. These are authors who have publicly supported Israel or middle road. Urgently seeking suggestions, any and all input is welcome! A list for men in sci-fi/fantasy who are pathetic, reminiscent of kicked dogs, described as poor little meow meows, drowning in their own emptiness, and/or generally have an intense aura of being a sad loser with no life. Having a capacity to be fixed is entirely optional. If you want to demonstrate why a man is a loser, feel free to do so at great length in the comments so that we all may further our studies in male patheticology.

AKA, a selection of "book boyfriends" that actually suck. Featuring red flags ranging from an emotionally unavailable Irish lad to a man who locks up his wife in an attic.

Recommendations welcome. No judgment if you enjoy these books; this list was inspired by my own obsession with Heathcliff, toxic lover extraordinaire, as a teen.

As a tall-ish girl myself, every time I come across an FMC who is described as tiny, I yearn a bit more for some tall FMC representation — we can be love interests too! 🥹😍 So I made this list of (mostly romance and fantasy) books with a tall FMC. Whether she is taller than her partner, or they are somehow EVEN TALLER than her, all is welcome here 🫶

I have noticed a pattern Adam Driver characters appear in romance novels all the time mostly thinly veiled Reylo ones. If you like this list is also for you but I also hope it’s a place of discussion about this phenomenon . these are imo the best dark romance/romantasy audiobooks that i’ve listened to. coming from an avid immersive reader who is very picky about her audiobooks. all are duet style and some have dramatized audio, enjoy 🙂‍↕️
