Forearms are sexy
I started keeping a list on my phone every time I caught a character drooling over the love interest's forearms and now I am sharing my findings with the world! I shall continue to conduct this important groundbreaking research for the sake of all mankind . Looking for collaborators! If you find any mentions of sexy forearms in your books, I would love to add it!
Note: Inclusion in this list doesn't mean I loved the book, strangely, some of these books are my lowest rated reads. π€·π»ββοΈ

Pagebound Readalongs
I couldnt find a list of these yet, so i made one! You may not be able to collect the badges anymore, but if youβre a completionist like me; here are all the books of the pagebound seasonal readalongs and the special event readalongs!

Book(s) of the Month(s) π
Here's every book so far from BOTM's monthly shortlist since February 2015 for anyone who wants to read them all like I do!

MF Romances with Bi Main Characters
I love reading romances between men and women where one or both of the characters are bi because it shows the potential of bi people to fall in love with any gender, if that makes sense. So often bi people in βstraightβ relationships donβt get clocked as LGBTQ+ and I like seeing how they make a βstraightβ relationship queer. Itβs also nice to read about LGBTQ+ outside of achillian and sapphic stories and spaces. Iβm always on the hunt for more.

Itβs okay to judge a book by itβs cover!
Beautiful books for when your monthly reading roundup needs a little facelift π

yes, chef, yes!
can I get some hands? yes, please, chef π

cover designer spotlight: Cassie Vu
This list features books with covers designed by New York-based, Houston-born designer Cassie Vu. She is a Senior Designer for Penguin Random House's art department. Her covers boast loud, bold lettering and striking colour gradients. Her website features a "cover graveyard", showcasing different iterations of covers that were ultimately chosen, which I highly recommend perusing.

WHY AM I HORNY & SAPPY - OHH (For ovulatory phase)
Part 2 of the cycle series! Books with open and closed door romance for when you're ovulating. Please note that I don't read spice a lot so these recs reflect that. But if you suggest spicy books I will most DEFINITELY add them.

Rom Com Retellings
Because thereβs nothing like reading a book that feels like a peak 90s romcom

Rom Coms: Fun and Funny Romance Novels
Strictly romance first, romance novels. Expect fun banter, laugh out loud moments and ultimate joy, fun and elaborate conceits, feet kicking in the air and giggling vibes. Only books I personally recommend, and I tend to like romcoms where the leads have their own proper adult lives and see some personal growth. This is the best out of over 150! π
Recs welcome, especially really good, funny queer and bipoc, asian, global majority authors please π
