Cultural phenomenon mangas that have become global household names over the years. All of these series have defined or impacted the animanga culture globally, in one way or another. From international movie releases, live-action adaptations, and instantly recognisable titles, these are the mangas to read if you want to sound like you know what you're talking about. Mainstream? Starter pack? Maybe, but they're pop culture icons for a reason. Believe it!

Mostly fiction books with disability and invisible disability representation also including mental health disorders. Not all of the characters in these books are confirmed disabled but heavily implied. Many of the authors here also have disabilities.

Action/Slice of Life/ Romance/Horror/Emotional/Hungry/Cute/Nonsense/Hot/Ugly/Sassy/Inspiring okay this is harder to describe. I honestly had trouble starting manga because THERES ALOT. Yet I will share wise advice that seem impossible but did help me. It's not about finding the type of genre, but it's finding your favorite things you enjoy in a creative world inside a manga.
