Recs if you like Love At First Fright...

I started keeping a list on my phone every time I caught a character drooling over the love interest's forearms and now I am sharing my findings with the world! I shall continue to conduct this important groundbreaking research for the sake of all mankind . Looking for collaborators! If you find any mentions of sexy forearms in your books, I would love to add it!

Note: Inclusion in this list doesn't mean I loved the book, strangely, some of these books are my lowest rated reads. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Books with fat and plus size main characters. (leave a comment with recommendations!)

listen, theres just something about breeding kink / cum play that makes me ✨ feral ✨ and especially romance books with NO pregnancy—yay for birth control!! more authors should include this in their books.

The vibe is all things witchy, paranormal and spooky romances. Creatures like vampires, werewolves and zombies also accepted. Plus points for Halloween vibes!

I love reading romances between men and women where one or both of the characters are bi because it shows the potential of bi people to fall in love with any gender, if that makes sense. So often bi people in “straight” relationships don’t get clocked as LGBTQ+ and I like seeing how they make a “straight” relationship queer. It’s also nice to read about LGBTQ+ outside of achillian and sapphic stories and spaces. I’m always on the hunt for more.

books with bisexual characters (even if they end up with the opposite sex THEY'RE STILL BI)

Tongue in cheek list inspired by the book titled above, here is a list of all the romance books I have read with my IRL book club!

Having a space that embraces the love story and all tropes/themes/sub genres has been so wonderful and is what got me back into my reading journey, so I hope this does that for you!
Books range from YA to 4️⃣🌶️

This is a judgement free zone and some of these books weren't my personal fave but they could be yours 🤗
