This was such a captivating and unique read. I was drawn to Ella's character and her experiences with autism, and I enjoyed the developing relationship between her and Eugene, despite the spooky backdrop of the funeral home. The blend of horror and romance kept me engaged, and I appreciated the tender moments that balanced out the darker themes. While I felt the plot could have been explored in more depth, I ultimately found the book to be a fun and refreshing take on the romance genre.
