Here's every book so far from BOTM's monthly shortlist since February 2015 for anyone who wants to read them all like I do!

Horrors and thrillers set in winter (21st December to 20th March, but I will count earlier December as winter too to make things easier) or in a really cold place that reminds of wintertime.

The list will contain both more known books that you've probably already been recommended and some that I've seen have had less attention, at least over here. I have not read them all, but I want to complete this list myself too during the next Christmasses.

Funny or darkly comic murder books featuring bungled plans, accidental deaths, bizarre families, amateur sleuths, incompetent criminals or people who are just having the worst day imaginable.

If you’re here, like me you might be tired of basically seeing the same plots and storylines over and over. This is a list of ones I’ve enjoyed that are all (mostly) different from each other*. Main thing in common might be the author.

*Can’t guarantee there aren’t similar types of twists/reveals lol.

All the books chosen by Booksandlala for the Literally Dead Book club.

Mystery, Thrillers and Horror featuring some very dysfunctional families.

Books that feature neighborhoods or close knit communities and are horror or thriller

Books in which the rich abuse their wealth and status to get away with heinous things.
