Blending Memoirs with Research, Poetry, Culture
Books that are part memoir part another genre: in a way that blends multiple mediums and/or themes in unique and engaging ways. Magical, explosive and memorable narratives expressed with creativity and depth. Books that inspire me to write more.

Crossroads: where memoirs meet science
One of my favourite niche genres is when memoirs are mixed with science, (or the other way around!β books about science that incorporate parts of the authorβs life. The science also tends to be more accessible than in typical academic writing. So letβs read some books about people and their favourite science! P.S. please feel free to suggest more titles to add!

New Perspectives
Well that was enlightening
Please feel free to comment suggestions!

Non-fiction by Women
A collection of non fiction books from women in science or any other field of knowledge! I'm so tired of having to listen to men that I am making it my mission to read as many non-fiction books from women I can.

Reading Specifically, and Deeply
Niche non-fiction to open your mind to a world in specifics

Women in STEM
since it's women's history month here is my ever growing TBR and admiration for women who have come before me. You are invaluable and inspiring to say the least β‘

We must rewild the world
These are books Iβve read about nature and conservation and really enjoyed

I need to be in the sea
Marine bio nonfiction

Women in STEM (for real)
These are books I have personally read and will add to this list as I make my way through my TBR. I'm a scientist myself so subject matter definitely has some bias.

In my own words - Powerful Memoirs
Memoirs that make you sit and think for an hour, a day, a week or maybe forever.
