Recs if you like This Is My Body...

every struggled to find actual lesbian/sapphic books when at the library or bookstore? so did I!

bc of said struggle, I started to curate a personal list of books that either has lesbian MCs and/or featured a primary sapphic romance.

i haven't read all of these, but I do try my diligence in confirming that they meet the above perimeters, since many books claim to be sapphic when they're not. this is an ever updating list, only fiction for now!

horror books that revolve around religious ideals or institutions from the mainstream to the mythic. while the title of this list is derivative of the bible, this focus of this list is not on any one religion or religious group.

Books that will make you question your emotional stability! Specifically for books that aren't marketed as "sad"/"heartbreaking", entirely hopeless or emotionally deep but still invoke a deep sadness. Books in this list should contain details that make you say "wait, wait, wait...what was that?"
