But when a chance encounter on a train leads to her meeting friend-of-a-friend and fellow student Itsuomi-san, her world starts to widen. Yuki is deaf/hoh, and she meets Itsuomi and is instantly in love with him, and he is interested in learning sign language. He travels a lot. Other guy friend seems to be into Yuki and warns her away from Itsuomi.

Yuki is painfully naïve, sheltered, and innocent. To me she read more middle grade than ~19. Itsuomi seemed ambivalent / uninterested throughout.

The art is pretty even though I struggle with facial expressions in manga, but the story and characters are boring. Why the fuck does she decide she in love with him????
