As a botany student who has just written an entire paper on citrus fruit, I feel like you made this for me haha!

You know it đđ»
Oooo what it abiut?
The phylogenetic history of citrus fruits (all modern citrus evolved or was bred from 3 original species), and a deep dive on Citrus medica, the original lemon!
Epitaph for a đ peach - masumoto. Kind of a love story to farming peaches and not the nowadays store-bought unripe (ripened on the way or in store) kind etc.
I love this! Also Nigel Slaterâs book called ripe-fruit essays, fruit recipes, itâs gorgeous. đđđđđ

Oooo I'll look it up right now!!
He has a volume called Tender, which is essays, gardening tips, kitchen tips-all about vegetables. Ripe is the companion volume, all about fruit. Gardening tips, kitchen tips and delicious recipe recipes. I love Nigel Slaterâs cookbooks for just reading.

I love it when cookbooks offer more than just recipes, so I'll definitely look more into his stuff :)
