it’s hit & miss, sometimes the trouble is just falling asleep, but once i get there, i am good. newly having an issue where i struggle to fall asleep, & then i keep waking up every 45-80 minutes & cant get back to sleep again - it’s driving me nuts. what about you?

I am the same. Last night I woke up so many times. Have you thought about doing a sleep study? I did one and it revealed some issues, one of them being sleep apnea. Did I do anything about, you ask? Well... That's a question that must remain unanswered 🙃😂
i haven’t but sleep apnea runs in both my mom & dads side of the family 😵💫 sometimes i throw on a breathe-rite strip & call it good
