So true, I like paperbacks so much more! Mainly because when I love a book I tend to more or less accidentally destroy it so doing it to paperbacks makes me feel much less guilty ahah
I'm one of those people who will not break the spine. It's actually a problem. I've bruised my thumb with the way I hold books not to crack the spine
I try not to but they break anyway đ but I like when theyâre a little battered and bruised, it shows that I love them enough that I bring them with me anywhere and that Iâve reread them multiple times, it gives them a little bit of character :)
Yeah I know what you mean, I'm a little bit twitchy about mine, but I like the look of other people's being a bit battered
