Apologies for the emojis, everyone. There aren't any (distinctive) Native emojis aside from the feather and PB said I needed to have 3.

I don’t know if you’d be interested in adding, but “Man Made Monsters” by Andrea L. Rogers with illustrations by Jeff Edwards is a great collection of horror/historical fiction short stories, and its author and illustrator are both members of the Cherokee Nation. I’m still reading it, but halfway through and I’m very impressed!

Also, “Winter Counts” (by Lakota author David Heska Wanbli Weiden) is an excellent thriller!

Finally, Traci Sorell (another Cherokee author) has written a number of Native American children’s books that are really good (one of my favorites being “We Are Grateful: Otsaliheliga”).
