I'm not too familiar with a lot of these titles. Final Girl Support Group has been reviewed favorably by people in my orbit who like slashers but not splatterpunk. Teenage Girls Can Be Demons is nominated for the 2026 Splatterpunk awards; it might not be the most gentle introduction to the slasher genre. I'm sure the comics are gory AF; also, my ADE is crashing when I try to download Hack/Slash. Of the other books, I think Con Season would probably be more accessible - it's getting good reviews and it has some meta depth to it.
What omegaverse should I read? Generally, I like MMF with lots of ⚔️ and smart, strong FMC.
i don’t read much omegaverse, honestly. my omegaverse rec would also be a sentient shifter rec and that would be Squeak by Vera Valentine - balloon animal shifters! if you’re open to non-omegaverse smut my MMF rec would be Give Me More by Sara Cate. definite swordcrossing.

definitely more into sentient object romance (or SOR, if you will). maybe something by Holly Wilde? i particularly liked I Accidentally Got Engaged To Daylight Saving Time or Laid By The Lint Trap Monster. another one i read recently and liked was BookCon CarryOn by Monty Amor. i know Unhinged by Vera Valentine is a classic of the genre but i’ve not got to it yet!
